10 km Trail-Run
Albeit at different times, sharing is caring for the 10km route with riders and runners using most of the same track (again, not at the same time). Runners will however have the option to take the bull-run via Shelter falls. View Route.
20 km Trail-Run
You spoke and we listened...The 20km trail-run has returned to traverse the up's and downs of the valley. Starting along the same section as the 5km runners, you will descend into the valley to snake along the grassland paths before the heart-thumping climb back up to the main reserve road for an easy last few km's home. NB: Although there are water points before you dip into the valley and another when you summit out, please be sure to carry hydration with you for the bottom valley section, which is approximately 11km long.
